3. Delivery Timeline

Since each jersey is custom-crafted for you, the total delivery time is split into two phases:

• Processing (Production) Time: 7 - 9 business days (Design, printing, stitching, and quality inspection).

• Shipping (Transit) Time: 8 - 10 business days.

• Total Estimated Delivery: 15 - 19 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in New Condition:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

• Complete with original tags and packaging.

• Free from any odors, stains, or signs of use.

• Items not meeting these "New Condition" standards will not be accepted for return.

2. Our Quality Guarantee (Defective Items)

In the rare case that we make a mistake, we provide a full resolution within 30 days of delivery.

• Errors on Our Part: If the item is materially different from your design (wrong name/number) or arrives damaged, we will:

  1. Reproduce the item for you at no extra cost, OR

  2. Issue a Full Refund.

• Processing: Refunds are processed within 3 business days of confirmation.

3. Returns for Non-Quality Reasons

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days, but please note the following due to the personalized nature of our products:

• Customized Products: If you wish to return a customized item for non-quality reasons (e.g., changed your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Restocking/Material Fee: A $20 fee per item will be deducted from your refund to cover the non-reusable custom materials and labor dedicated to your unique design.

• Size Selection: Please consult our Size Guide carefully before ordering, as we cannot waive fees for size selection errors.

4. Order Cancellations

• Before Production: Full refund available.

• During Production: Orders already in production are subject to a $20 material fee per item if canceled.

• After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
