1. Shipping Areas

We currently provide dedicated shipping services exclusively to the United States.

2. Fulfillment & Origin

To maintain our high standards for specialized stitching and personalization, all orders are custom-made and dispatched directly from our specialized manufacturing and fulfillment center in China. Our U.S. corporate office (FANSUNIONSHOP LLC) in Wyoming oversees design, quality control, and customer support.

3. Delivery Timeline

Since each jersey is custom-crafted for you, the total delivery time is split into two phases:

Processing (Production) Time: 7 - 9 business days (Design, printing, stitching, and quality inspection).
Shipping (Transit) Time: 8 - 10 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery: 15 - 19 business days.

Please note: Shipping times may be affected by public holidays, extreme weather, or international courier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the continental United States.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your custom jersey has passed our quality inspection and is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier (UPS, DHL, FedEx, or USPS) to update the initial tracking information.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout. We cannot offer refunds for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will apply.
